Maximum Ride Chap. 5

Here's my final chapter. I'm still not gunna say that's Maximum Ride's not mineand Dexi is and stuff cuz its BORING.Here we go!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Dex,” Fang spit out the word “Can we talk to Max, alone?”

“Sure” He replied while walking

“ARE YOU INSANE!?!?!?!” Fang yelled

“No,” I replied sarcastically “I see a friend who needs help. Fang, he only has a few days to live, lets show him the outside he’s never been further out of this rat hole than the field. Please, let him escape with us tonight.”

“Fine, we’ll vote. All for Dex, raise your hand.” Fang said reluctantly

Angel, Nudge, Iggy and I raised our hands.

“I’m sorry, Max, Angel” Gazzy started “I just don’t trust this place or the people in it.”

“It’s okay Gazzy, but it’s 2 to 4, Dexi comes” I comforted Gazzy and bragged to Fang at the same time, I rock

“Dexi” I called him in “You’re escaping tonight.”

He practically jumped up and down and then he started howling

“Shut up” I hissed

“Sorry” he said in the 4 year old voice

Iggy and Fang went over the plan with him. We were going to find the nearest window and crash through it. I know, wow, that’s the best you have, Max, well yeah it is, deal with it.

Midnight crept in. We all got ready to fly like there was no tomorrow. As the clock hit midnight we ran. I mean we ran, we took off like the worlds quietest racecars.

“Now” I said signaling the flock and Dexi to take off.

We jumped off the ground and up to the ceiling. We jumped into a lab room and out the window.

“Up!” I yelled

As my flock flew into a V shape I realized that one was missing, Dexi! I flew out of our neat little formation. I flew around till I saw I furry X shape plummeting toward the ground. It had come, his expiration date. I knew it was coming, just not so soon. I WENT NUTS. All I remember is a blinding rage, not seeing, not feeling, just rage. I flew to the School, kicked in a window and knocked over the chemicals sitting on the white table. Then, I flew like heck out off there and just watched as the School exploded.

I flew over to my flock and we flew into the moon.
